The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction brings to life all 23 of Beatrix Potter’s tales and explores the Victorian childhood of the author and her later life as a writer, farmer and pioneering conservationist.
We offer educational visits which include Core and Foundation National Curriculum subjects linked to Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2.
We have designed lesson plans and worksheets which we hope are fun and informative as well as being a valuable cross-curricular learning experience for schools visiting the Attraction. These can be carried out before or after a visit.

APPEARANCES
Schools can book an appearance by our knowledgeable actress who plays Beatrix Potter and talks to the children as if she is Beatrix Potter in the year 1920 about her life, career as a writer, farmer and conservationist, dressed in costume recreated from original photographs by costumiers from the Royal Exchange Theatre. She can tailor her performance to suit your occasion. Time travel with her in the exhibition or during a private appearance in the Teagarden and make your time together truly memorable. If you want that special touch that will make your gathering go with a Victorian swing - Miss Potter entertains!
